How it works

  1. Free review

Tell us what's tangled. We look at your books, accounts and setup and tell you what we'd fix first.

  2. A written plan and a fixed price

You get the scope in writing before any work starts. No hourly surprises on the project.

  3. The cleanup or the setup

We do the work, show you what changed, and hand over a short guide to the new routine.

  4. Monthly support

A block of support hours each month keeps it all current, with one person who already knows your setup.

Support plans

Once the cleanup or the setup is done, support keeps it current: bookkeeping, AI and tech upkeep, questions, and anything new that comes up, handled by one person who already knows your setup.

Built in our own office first

Every tool we set up for clients runs in our own practice today. The pictures below show those systems, recreated with sample data so that no client's information appears.

  • A sample morning summary page listing documents filed into client folders, reply drafts waiting for approval and two items that need a person, next to a mailbox of unsent drafts.

A morning sweep of email and uploads

Before the office opens, every uploaded document is in the right client folder and each email has a reply drafted for approval. One printed page shows what came in and what still needs a person.

    Sample data
  • A sample client page showing return status by year, open tasks, contact history, and a log of IRS calls with hold times and outcomes.

Every client's status in one place

Status, open tasks and the full contact history for each client on one screen, so nobody has to ask where a job stands. Every IRS call is logged, even the ones that never get through, ready to support a penalty-relief request.

    Sample data
  • A sample client summary PDF with a table of returns by year and a dated list of every communication.

A one-page summary for every client

Each client's returns by year and every email, call, letter and notice in date order, in one PDF. Anyone can pick up a file and know its history in a minute.

    Sample data
  • A sample findings summary from a prior-year review, with counts of folders reviewed and findings, and a table showing what each finding was checked against and its status.

Last year's work, reviewed before the season

Prior-year returns across hundreds of client folders are checked before the new season starts, and every finding is confirmed against the source document. Problems turn up in October instead of April.

    Sample data
  • A sample wall dashboard with the time, a sunset picture, camera tiles, today's appointments, tasks, weather, upcoming dates and returns in progress.

The whole day at a glance

Calendar, tasks, deadlines, weather, markets and door cameras on a second screen that updates itself. The day's priorities stay in view without opening a single program.

    Sample data
  • A sample content planner with posts scheduled every Tuesday and Friday, and a preview of one post with its branded image.

Social posts that go out on schedule

Two posts a week, each with its own branded image, written and scheduled ahead. The business page stays active without anyone having to remember it.

  • Document intake that turns a stack of scans into one organized, searchable file
  • A client portal with live status pages, e-signatures and online payments
  • Several years of books rebuilt from bank statements and reconciled
